These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online with The Country Rose.

By purchasing online with The Country Rose you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Orders & Payment

We are pleased to accept online order transactions via secure server using a debit or credit card. Customers can also pay using Pay Pal. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

DESIGN, COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All of the illustrations are owned and created by artist Emily Birtles. Therefore all artwork is protected by copyright laws. Creative content all website content and marketing. All contact is therefore owned by Emily Birtles and protected by all UK copyright laws.

The trademark and logo's are also protected under UK trademark laws.

Delivery

We aim to have all ordered processed within 3 working days. Please note that we dispatch on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Returns

We have a 14 days returned policy, we will not be liable for the return postage costs and will only be responsible for refunding or exchange the value of your purchase.
